Dear Team—
I know you all just finished your gathering - I trust you’re as excited as I am with the recent updates. Previously I sent you all a note, I mentioned the following: “I believe in this crew. You all are some of the most dedicated and talented designers we have had the pleasure to work with - and we’re looking forward for that partnership to endure.”
Given your hard work and flexibility, particularly over the last year, you continue to prove that.
The player input from last autumn’s the game testing phase was informative. It affirmed the promise of a action-packed game but told us we still had work to do. It revealed the necessity for a sharper identity.
It has been motivating to see how far you’ve come. You embraced the feedback to mind and revamped Project ETHOS with a revitalized goal - one that’s poised to fulfill its promise to our players.
Our confidence in this project increases every day. To further the remarkable advancement you’ve made, It is a pleasure to introduce the new hire as the new Studio Head of 31st Union. Following some time of discussions, Ben comes aboard us on next week.
Ben’s management and background in the competitive gaming space is extensive, having devoted the last 15 years producing and managing some of the most popular series in the industry, including the acclaimed shooter, and more recently, the battle royale hit.
Let’s together in welcoming Ben soon. We are all looking forward to persist seeing the development of Project ETHOS in the weeks to ahead.
